Each facial combines gentle skincare, soothing massage and beautiful Tropic products chosen to suit your skin on the day.

A gorgeously relaxing treatment using Tropic skincare, chosen on the day to suit your skin.

Your treatment includes:

- Double cleanse tailored to your skin
- Gentle exfoliation
- Bespoke treatment mask
- Hand and arm massage
- Soothing facial, neck and shoulder massage
- Tone, serum, moisturiser and SPF

What to expect

Your facial is calm, gentle and completely tailored to you on the day.

1. A little chat first

We’ll start with a short consultation to chat about your skin, what you’d like from the treatment and anything I need to know before we begin.

2. Time to switch off

You'll be tucked up in The Glow Room with soft music, cosy blankets and a treatment designed to help you relax properly.

3. A simple skin plan

After your facial, you’ll leave with an aftercare card and simple skincare suggestions if you’d like help with your routine.

Meet Helen

Hi, I’m Helen - Tropic Ambassador, qualified holistic facial practitioner and the person behind The Glow Room.

I created The Glow Room as a calm, cosy space for women who need a little time to switch off and feel looked after. My facials use beautiful Tropic skincare, chosen to suit your skin on the day, alongside gentle massage and plenty of time to relax.

I’m based in north Whitley Bay and offer a limited number of appointments each week from my home treatment space.

My aim is simple: to help you leave feeling calmer, fresher and a little more like yourself again.
